Prepare the converter action for sigma-cli v1.1.0 release

The converter action has been updated, ready to support the v1.1.0 release of sigma-cli, which will use pySigma v1.0.0.

Context

The first non-beta release of sigma-cli that uses pySigma v1.0.0 is currently out as a release candidate. We should test that the converter action, which integrates heavily with sigma-cli, works correctly with this release.

Definition of Done (Required)

The converter action integration tests work correctly with the latest sigma-cli RC.

Evaluation of the existing integration tests and potentially expanding them may be appropriate.

Dependencies (Required)

• The sigma-cli release cycle may make this imperative to complete sooner rather than later
• Some backends (including pySigma-backend-loki) may need to be updated to work with pySigma v1.0.0 (see Prepare backend for pySigma v1.0.0 release pySigma-backend-loki#230) Completed in RC for pySigma 1.0.0 and sigma-cli 1.1.0 pySigma-backend-loki#233

There is a branch where pySigma-backend-loki has been updated to prepare for the v1.1.0.

As discussed on Slack, we shouldn't rely on the RC releases and we must wait for the next stable release. After that we must update Sigma in pySigma-backend-loki and the PRs linked to this ticket (#107 and #102).
