ChunkLoadError: investigate if the error can be catched (e.g. ErrorBoundary) and better communicated

Currently, there's a long standing issue causing ChunkLoadError in cloud instances, displaying a JS stack trace. While this issue is independently addressed, it would be ideal to see if something like an ErrorBoundary in the right place can help us to display a more friendly message/UI to users while this is resolved in the background.

But AFAIK there's nothing we can do within this repo, this needs to be addressed plugin platform side as none of our code is able to load in this situation.
