[BUG]: run.sh script doesn't work #1692

Describe the bug
When following instructions in README to install via docker, the script doesn't work
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
curl -L https://github.com/grafana/explore-logs/raw/main/scripts/run.sh | sh
Expected behavior
Remove the bad docs or fix the docker compose
