Bringing this up for awareness that the latest version of Grafana Alloy 1.13 is affected by a bug due to upgrade of the prometheus dependency to 3.8.0.

This results in lots of errors "we got 2xx status code from the Receiver yet statistics indicate some data was not written; investigation needed" produced by the Prometheus instance which pushes metrics to Alloy.

Can you please bump the dependency to 3.8.1 which adresses this?

This issue only came to light today after Alloy was updated to latest helm chart version.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade Alloy to v1.13 on an existing instance which receives and forwards metrics using remote write v1.
