after 7.0.20 update /etc/php/7.0/fpm/conf.d/* additions don't work anymore

Things like

[PATH=/abc/]
auto_prepend_file = '/abc/wordfence-waf.php'

don't work anymor and a phpBB just stopped running too. Anyone else having problems with that last upgrade from 7.0.19 to .20 ?

All other updates just worked OK for me.

Addition: It seems the conditions like [PATH=/abc/] always get true even if it doesn't make sense.
