Bug Bankruptcy, Chapter 11 Bug Debt -- October 16, 2019 #169

Hey all! Sorry, I legitimately forgot about this repo. I'm an ex-Google engineer and I worked on this for a year or so after leaving Google Glass, but I got busy and eventually forgot about this.
In the meantime, it looks like @JeffLIrion did a lot of work on adb_shell so I've invited him as a collaborator on this repo. Hopefully we can get this one back up and running and have a 1.3 release out on PyPI in the coming weeks.
As a result of the age of this repo, my inattentiveness, and Android OS changing things often, there are a lot of issues open on this GitHub that are either a) fixed by existing changes or PRs, b) abandoned as the author moved onto another library or project to work on.
I'm going to undergo Bug Bankruptcy, meaning all issues reported before this one will be considered Closed (due to Restructuring). For any issues that remain and aren't abandoned, please open a new one with the path to reproducing it, including your device, Android OS version (from the Developer settings), and your host machine OS (Windows, Mac, or Linux distro).
