The libstdc++ API document says get_temporary_buffer was deprecated since gcc12 for C++17.
This seems a clang bug which have not fixed yet. Should we disable the deprecated warning before the clang bug fixed?

Improve str concatenation performance on MatchesTest
Update str concatenation, instead of use operation+ use absl::StrCat
whenever available.
