💡 Flax Quickstart: UX and discoverability of Flax Basics

1. Flax Basics is one of the most useful Flax guides for beginners IMO. Currently, it's sort of hidden under Guided Tour and may be challenging to discover if you're not familiar with the Flax docs site.

• Step 1: Go to the docs at https://flax.readthedocs.io and look for Guided Tour .

• Step 2: Look for Flax Basics, which is still an extra click away:

Maybe we can improve the discoverability of this excellent notebook by having it show up in the nav bar automatically when the users are still scanning stuff on the main index page (i.e. enable auto collapsing of sorts).

2. What do you think about renaming the Flax Basics notebook to Flax Quickstart and moving it to the top of the main nav tree? This could be similar to the JAX Quickstart that may be the first guide that new JAX users notice. Additionally, it could help new/beginner users get up to speed with nn.compact and init/apply before diving into the internals and more complex stuff.
