A problem about saving images.

I have encountered the following problems and hope to get your support:

1. Huawei Honour P20 + Android 9, Huawei Honour PLAY4 + Android 8, Huawei mate30 + Android 10. When using these three devices, software flash back cannot be opened. I wonder if it's Android? Because Xiaomi 10 + Android 11 can work normally.
2. I need to click the "ALIGN PHASES" button in the leader host until the "phase error" of all devices is close (the value varies from - 20 to 20 continuously), and then I can synchronize within 1ms. Is my condition normal? Because what I understand is that one click can synchronize calibration.
3. It seems that the saved image does have an offset on YUV channel, please refer to the image below.
