Trust New Folder Infinite Loop

What happened?

Every time I create a new folder, I encounter the same issue where pressing the 'r' key doesn't resolve the prompt. I'm currently forced to manually update the trust file for every new directory.

This happens every time I open gemini cli in new untrusted folder
