Project Ideas - March 20th

Hello,

I'm interested in participating in this project through the Google Summer of Code program and saw that there would be relevant issues/ideas posted by today. I attempted to find these announcements but have found no success - and I'm thinking either that they haven't been posted, or my attempts to find them have just been futile. If possible, may anyone let me know where and when I can find them?
