image3 from latest Glide64(WIP) doesn't show the TV monitor and part of the 
textbox frames are missing.

image1-2 from MyGlide64 shows the TV monitor and the missing textbox frames.

Add the following in ini to fix the missing TV monitor:
fb_smart = 1
fb_hires = 1
