image1a-2a from Glide64(WIP) shows an extra horizontal line cut across the sky 
when viewed upwards from high ground.

It seems to be a fillrect issue because increasing lr_x & lr_y in static void 
rdp_fillrect() fix the issue.(image1-2 from MyGlide64)
