Shared Preferences Plugin - Application only run one instance at same time

I can't run 2 or more same application at same time

hover: build finished, starting app...
hover: Running my_app in debug mode
failed to initialize plugin *shared_preferences.SharedPreferencesPlugin: failed to open leveldb for shared_preferences: resource temporarily unavailable
hover: app 'my_app' exited with error: exit status 1

It's more an enhancement than an bug, IIRC the goleveldb/leveldb package doesn't allows for multiple process to access the same db.

An alternative implementation that allows for this may be created. But for compatibility reasons this cannot be done in the current implementation without having a migration path.
