• Get BB84 up and running again with CASCADE blocks tracking

  After multiple breaks and changes done to the QKD simulation code, it's time to: 1) Resolve old issues regarding the BB84 sim, 2) Ensure tracking of QBER distribution in CASCADE blocks, 3) Repeat multiple stationary states of final key rate as a function of simulated QBER.
