Keep managers, but do not register Chromosome-based classes with it

Classes regitered with custom managers in multiprocessing cannot store attributes, just methods. Thus, objects containing chromosomes should be indeed paralelised, but the Chromosomes themselves still need to be copy-pasted to their respective place.
