Use Pod Ring instead of NumberInput for Replicas in Rollouts #5

Currently the rollouts page has a number input for replicas instead of the nice pod ring that deployments, deploymentconfigs, etc use. Unfortunately this component, PodRingSet, isn't surfaced in the console dynamic SDK, RFE opened for it here:
