This PR adds support for the
NonConvert(無変換) andConvert(変換) keyson Japanese (JP) layout keyboards.
On JP layout keyboards, users of tiling window managers often remap the
NonConvertandConvertkeys as convenient modifier keys ( close #1112 ).
