Bug description

notifications "New attribution" are send to the new group but also to the deleted groupe!..

I have a notification for new attribution group based on new responsable group
on a ticket, I delete the current group and assign a new group

notifications "New attribution" are send to the new group but also to the deleted groupe!..

I have 2 different environments in GLPI V10.0.06 and I have the same problem

Solution :
delete assigned group
save modifications
assign new group

if you don't save before add the new group, notifications are send to old group and new group

please could you change this behaviour to have the same behaviour than v9.5 and limit manipulations on ticket

New actors are added before removed actors are deleted. Maybe we can change the order of these operations to prevent removed actors to receive these notifications. @orthagh are you OK with this?

You could try to apply the patch https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/glpi-project/glpi/pull/15623.diff on GLPI 10.0.10 and see if it solves your issue.
Patch will probably fail on tests/functional/Ticket.php, but it is normal if you use the official GLPI release archive.
