I don't think it does now. Is that right? I've had cases where the jar I create is not up to date. Any reason not to do a prepare first? For me, it'd get around the occasional mysterious error.

It depends on web app prepare, so should pick up your changes.

If not it's likely a bug deeper in xsbt

Okay. I'll see if I notice it again and/or try to make it repeatable. May be my error in some way ...
