3.7.0 -> 3.7.1?

I've been building this against LLVM 3.7.1 and it seems to work, but I've hardly tested it extensively.

Have you tried using 3.7.1 instead? If it works equally well it might be better to switch to that instead (or mention that either should work but 3.7.0 is what used in your papers or whatever the situation is)...?

We always used 3.7.0 simply because it was the latest version at the time we began developing the project. I don't think anyone's built it against 3.7.1, which is why we don't mention it anywhere, but if people manage to use it without issues I don't see a problem with adding a mention that either should work!
