Windows runners creation attempt, getting errors

Hi,
I'm trying to make windows runners for a specific repo, and while all events from github are received, the lambdas throw errors which I can't really decipher, maybe someone could help if you've seen this before?

• the "syncer" Lambda shows Ignoring error: Cannot find GitHub release asset. but I am not sure why it looks for releases.
• the "webhook" Lambda looks good, all data is received from github but nothing happens afterwards in the scale-up Lambda
  
• here is the "scale-up" Lambda, is says "Not found" but what does it expect to find, an existing runner? Doesn't it spawn a new one if there's no runner of required label?
