Operations log doesn't match reality

Describe the issue

The operations log seems to have a different (and wrong) view of the world.

E.g. I had some untracked files, that I deleted, and then I made a commit (using GB) of changes in two files. The commit is correct:

While the operations log claims that all those untracked files that I deleted is part of the commit, and remove in that commit:

Currently, the oplog creates a snapshot of the entire working tree, including all untracked files, so it's able to restore it later. I don't know, however, how the diff view there is made and what it is supposed to show.

In any case, it is my plan to migrate the oplog implementation to the new codebase and in the that process switch it over to use the new snapshot-primitive. It would work very differently though, and enable undo/redo as well.

In any case, let's CC @krlvi who may know much better what's going on.
