CLI: Delayed response

When I run a gitmastery command, it takes about 5-7 seconds to respond. Possibly because it first needs to fire up the Python runtime?

If the delay is unavoidable (seems like it), one option is to pivot to a REPL approach.

For example, one can imagine the interaction to go like this:

$ cd git-mastery-home-folder
$ gitmastery # delay expected only at this step

$ setup

$ download under-control

$ verify  # by default, the most recently downloaded exercise will be verified

$ verify grocery-shopping # asking to verify a specific exercise

$ exit

Pros:

• shorter commands
• Start up delay is only once per session
• fewer CD commands required
• [Windows users] no need to put the gitmastery.exe in the PATH (because the .exe can be placed in the git-mastery-home-folder instead)

Cons:

• Need to keep gitmastery running in a separate terminal
• Might not be able to take advantage of terminal features e.g., command history
• Might require extra implementation effort
