[Feature]: Installation option: ZFS-encrypted USER HOME dataset

Describe the feature or enhancement request

An option in the installer GUI which lets you choose to have ZFS encryption enabled for the user home dataset.

Why this request?

Since encryption is an option in ZFS since at least FreeBSD 13 and well integrated in the OS, it adds to GhostBSD's functionality and might convince new users.

Additional context

This would also include automatically mounting the dataset when logging in the user, of course.
It was a feature of TrueOS, a few years back.

Not so sure anymore about TrueOS having that feature but Project Trident (its successor) definitely had it.

Or document a howto explaining how to convert the home dataset to zfs with encryption after install ???
That's exactly what I'm searching to do after GhostBSD install.

@PerfMonk That would probably better if it supported from user creation like FreeBSD.
