Configuration for two monitors (the primary and a secondary one)

Brother, I have a question. Some time ago, I set up a secondary monitor using the information on your Wiki, but the configuration was deleted. I searched the Wiki, but now, instead of the lines of code that were there, there is an image.

Could you tell me what lines of code I need to enter and where I should enter them?

The configuration is done in the MonitorSetup file located in ~/.config/bspwm/bin/ which is executed by bspwmrc every time bspwm starts or is reloaded
