Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://{your_instance}.sentry.io/settings/integrations/github/
2. Click on 'Add Installation'

Expected Result

Some kind of oAuth authorization or installation with Github

Actual Result

A new window will pop up and it goes to https://github.com/apps/sentry-io which returns a 404
