The "dSYMs" we upload are not actually dSYMs, but rather the binary files, containing debug information, from the dSYM directory (context in getsentry/sentry-cli#2848, CLI-190).

Therefore, it is inaccurate to add a .dSYM extension to these files when they are downloaded.
