Use `--force-foreground` by default in Cocoa dSYM upload examples

Description

People following our guide might not configure the dSYM upload in a way they expect it to work when running a release build.

Suggested Solution

We should add --force-foreground to our example setup here: https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/apple/dsym/#sentry-cli. And the corresponding force_foreground option for the Fastlane plugin.

Or at least show an option to only do it for a "Release" config, something like that, and briefly state the benefit. I've alluded to this in the past in getsentry/sentry-cli#1092 and #4564. This was also mentioned recently in getsentry/sentry-cocoa#3860.

A callout or note mentioning this could also be sufficient.
