Sidebar items behaves differently in develop docs and users docs

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://docs.sentry.io and click on a sidebar item to expand the sub items. Then click again to collapse the sub items again.

Now to got https://develop.sentry.dev and do the same thing.

Expected Result

Sidebar sub items should be collapsible by clicking on the parent sidebar item in develop docs. (Same behavior as in user docs)

Actual Result

Once a sidebar item has been expanded it stays like this no matter how often you click the parent item.
