Dropping support for Serverless Framework v2 and Node 14

Node 14 is dropping maintenance phase on April 30th 2023.
As of August 2022, 75% of Lift users were using Serverless Framework v3

This issue aims at starting the work on Lift to issue a new major, dropping support for both Serverless Framework v2 and Node 14
