When installing the plugin with pip, the static HTML and CSS files are not installed #14
Description
When installing the plugin with pip, the static files are not installed.
pip install git+https://github.com/geosolutions-it/ckanext-azure-auth.git
The following files are missing after install:
- public/css/azure-auth.css
- templates/user/edit_user_form.html
- templates/user/login.html
- templates/admin/azure_auth_config.html
