How to synchronize mcp files with openapi specs

A big problem that will come out of usage of genmcp is that users will:

1. Convert an OpenAPI spec into an mcp file
2. Make changes to the mcp file to improve their mcp server
3. Make changes to the backend service, resulting in a new OpenAPI spec

We need some way to synchronize/reconcile those changes with the edited mcp file so that:

1. What is changed by the users is not overriden
2. Any new changes from the openapi schema are present in the mcp file

Any ideas on how we can approach this @genmcp/maintainers ?

probably a sync command similar to convert but with special processing to not override, maybe a confirm message before adding to mcp file?
