Migrate from models.csv to models.json

The ecologits python library has migrated from a csv file to a json file and ecologits.js is pointing to the said csv.

Currently, we've hard linked the ref to the last version of the csv file, but it's not updated anymore so the JS library is stuck until we migrate to use the json file.
