Does backrest use the --use-fs-snapshot argument on Windows?

When updating plan settings you should be able to specify --use-fs-snapshot to use snapshots on windows, the flag will be forwarded to backup commands

Thanks! Thought about doing that way, but I wanted to be sure backrest wasn't already doing it automatically
