Backing up to SFTP on different port than 22

Hello.

I'm trying to use this repository:
sftp:admin@192.168.60.75:222//path/to/backup as my ssh runs on port 222.

But I keep getting the error:

[unknown] command "/bin/restic cat config -o sftp.args=-oBatchMode=yes" failed: exit status 1
Output:
subprocess ssh: ssh: connect to host 192.168.60.75 port 22: Connection refused
Fatal: unable to open repository at sftp:admin@192.168.60.75:222//path/to/backup: unable to start the sftp session, error: error receiving version packet from server: server unexpectedly closed connection: unexpected EOF

I can ssh passwordless from the machine running backrest to the one with the storage (it is QNAP NAS) just fine.
