Support WorkloadIndentity Credentials

Currently, WorkloadIdentity items can be used but not created or edited using the Dashboard.
We need to add dialogs to support this.

A refactoring of the current logic is prerequisite. We should generate the Dialogs from configuration. This will help maintaining the increasing amount of supported infrastructures and credential types.
