SMTP Configuration

I have installed IceHrm on Ubuntu 22.04.
I have installed all the required modules. The application appears to be working fine. I have tried to configure mail and every time I do a user invite it tells me it failed.

Logging appears to be minimal to none even when turning on debug mode. I'm using an existing mailCow server I have in my lab and pointed the configs to it, but it 'appears' like it is not even trying to communicate with it. I have validated firewall and DNS is fine, but appears like the IceHRM server is never trying to contact it. Any thoughts here or what I can provide for better troubleshooting?

I have tried configuring in the GUI both SMTP, Swift SMTP and PHP Mailer, each one responds the same way.
