NPM build failure - [email protected]/flatmap-stream (npmjs.org removed the packages, flagged as malicious?)

I'm getting an error running "npm install" . See below,

vagrant@icehrm:/vagrant$ npm install
npm WARN [email protected] No repository field.

npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found: [email protected]

It seems that the event-stream is a malicious package. A temporary solution to eliminate the malicious package from the application, is by reverting back to version 3.3.4.

Edit: Same thing with flatmap-stream
