  1. Payroll Reports is generating reports of a user in previous months even if he joined the company at some later date. For example, Alex joined the company in March and when I generated a payroll report of February, he is also in the report of February. Although he shouldn't be there. You can fix it by hooking the Company Joining Date or Confirmation Date with Payroll.

  2. I want to generate different types of reports. Like I want to see in total how much i paid an employee in 2018. For this, It's not possible yet. Because we had to add the employee in Company Payroll and this simply not allowing due to duplicate entry error. Or, if you can add some mechanism of Checking Total Paid in Year of Each Employee and All Employees. Anything like this possible?

  3. One last issue, in our country Taxable salary, is only after it hits a limit of 400k per annum. Is it possible to do using the existing system or we can do a maths her by multiplying the salary with 12 and if it's above 400k we can deduct 2% from overall salary using per month equal deductions?

Hope to hear soon.

Thanks

  1. We do not support generating back-dated payrolls. If you employee joined after a certain date they should not appear on the payroll of the previous month. We have never mentioned that we support back-dated payroll reports. This is as designed.

  2. If you are paying employees every month and if you want to know how much you will pay the employee for next 12 months. You can add a separate set of yearly salary components for an employee and create a yearly payroll report to see how much you are paying yearly.

  3. Yes, this is possible. You have to add a new payroll column to add all the salary components and there is a field named function which you may use. Please check attached screenshot

Than you can use this column to calculate the tax and apply. As you are a IceHrm Pro user if you can send payroll calculation rules we will create your payroll configuration for free and send it.
