segfault when launching on linux

Hello, I am unable to start the game, either with the regular Linux build or the flatpak. I keep getting segfaults such as:

line 14: 4 Segmentation fault (core dumped) /app/bin/dunedynasty

Can you help/fix this? I am running Xubuntu 24.04.4 LTS x86_64

Small update: Windows version via Wine also not working:

Thanks for the bug report. I've just tried the game in a VirtualBox running Xubuntu 24.04, and for me the game starts without a problem. So this has to be a machine-specific problem.

Afaik segfaults can also come from driver-problems. You could try updating your drivers. Also be sure to use the game's data files from the EU v1.07 version (although i don't think wrong data files would lead to a segfault). Unfortunately i don't think there is any further info i can give you.
