Token Avoidance

### Description

A setting where you can toggle things to avoid tokens by moving away from them/around them. I think this would be great for stuff like rats/ghosts/fireflies etc.
Maybe even have them move away when the token moves closer.
Not sure how hard it would be to code something like that.
