Updates to Quick Start Page #668

At the GKS think tank on 12/17/2026, we tried working through the quick start guide and experiences some issues that warrant additional documentation.
First, the quick start page on ReadTheDocs is a single sentence directing people to the guided vrs-python notebooks, which are aimed at technically well-versed developers. The quick start page felt a bit overly sparse, and doesn't provide guidance for new users (as distinguished from new developers) of VRS. Further feedback will be captured below in this issue.
