In the readme.md for the repo...

All members of the ga4gh-beacon GitHub organisation have access to the projects page.

However the link to the project is a 404 for non org members.
Would it make snese to make this public (asusming it still exists) so people who haven't yet joined can work out if they can be useful in a specific area?
