Add links to more information behind GA4GH APIs as the first step towards #68.

In the new GA4GH specification approval scenario, IMHO, we should only consider linking to a GA4GH API when it is released.
Of course, we can have everything prepared and, indeed, try to "launch" a version close to the launch of any relevant spec that we would like to add. But we should wait until then to make it part of the Beacon spec.
