在這頁登錄各松活動網址，讓程式自動更新日後活動 #127

各大中小迷你松的活動頁，只要開過就到這邊來登錄一下 kktix 頁面吧
以後用程式自動更新，就會出現在右上角「最新活動」處了。

這邊我改好了，以後設定就直接改在 https://github.com/g0v/g0v.tw/blob/master/app/assets/data/small-thon.json 這個檔案就好了，不用再到這一張 issues 來增加網址了
