Add exercises for the Advanced Minimalist Fulcro Tutorial, similarly to as is done for MFT itself. See fulcro-community/guides#8 for the progress on the tutorial itself.

This issue is here primarily so that folks can subscribe to it and be notified when there are new exercises.
