Why is EnableDriveOnlyZero commented out?

I am curious as to why the EnableDriveOnlyZero variant is not included in MpsseCmd.

Can it be included? Will including it cause problems?

I forget the history. Looking at it now I think it was the lack of reference / documentation.

PyFtdi includes these, but they are never used in the repository.
