Migrate to Cloudflare Pages

This repo is still using Wrangler v1 which will sunset in a few months.

This should be easy to host with CF pages though!

@friedger we should revisit this since I see some possible new code updates coming in! 🙂

Once linked it'll deploy main automatically on changes and create preview deployments for PRs.

Happy to host it on my account with the domain, will just need access to install apps in this repo and set up the build.

The site is updated to wrangler 3. We don't use CF pages.

While this works, it would be better to host on cloudflare pages. No need to use a worker.

It allows other users to host the UI more easily on cloudflare

If we want to reinstate pages I think we just needed to get the domain and pages build on the same account for the custom domain.

I've owned the domain up until now but happy to put it in your hands as you're the main person who keeps it running anyway!
