[Bug] rmc's 10% cr buff not accounted for

## Description

Rmc's 10% cr buff is not accounted for, at least for evernight main dps

## Steps to Reproduce

Put RMC, Cyrene and Hyacine on the custom team for evernight, and see the optimizer ignore 10% cr

## Expected Behavior

Cr should be 10% higher

## Actual Behavior

cr is 10% lower than actual
